Moving forward Elite Outdoor Fitness will be implementing a Tier Programme. There will be a Winter Programme and a Summer Programme both running for a duration of 10 weeks.

Participants will undergo weekly testing in key areas of physical fitness to outline areas that need to be addressed in your journey towards all round physical fitness. It is not mandatory that members take part in the Tier Programme, simply an opportunity to test yourself and have consistent targets throughout the year to work towards.

Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Endurance, Strength, Power, Flexibility, Balance, Speed and Agility will all be tested. Each Tier works on a Pass/Fail basis.

Pass times are allocated to each Test with consideration given to both Senior (+55) and Female participants. All Pass times are set by founder Nick Grainge and are non-negotiable. All pass times are withheld.

These tests will run as individual virtual events with instructions shared via WhatsApp group, your data submitted via email and your progression tracked by Google sheet.

Green – £9.99
Basic all-round fitness required

Blue – £14.99
Good level of all-round fitness required across all key elements

Maroon – £19.99
High level of all-round fitness required across all key elements
