We focus on providing training programs that are gentle and progressive. This is so important if you want to start running, cycling, etc and conditioning yourself for the first time.

Progressing gentle will allow anyone to move forward and become more healthy and fit, it will then allow them to have unrestricted goals, higher expectations. You will become leaner be more likely to stay lean, you will lose weight and more likely to keep it off and you will be less likely to bound in and out of fitness and more likely to make it part of your weekly life rewarding you with a more balanced mental and physical state.

Pre and Professional military training

We provide personal training for serving members that want to apply for the Special Forces and civilians that want to join the military.

At the time of writing this we have a 100% success rate for people that have started the Special forces selection course and we are becoming the go to place for this type of training. Considering there is currently less than 5% pass rate, these stats are impressive.

Nick is our coach, and he has huge success on selection at 4km/hour a good background in injury management, nutrition, cross training and how to pass selection on the hills. He had at the time a course record on one of the tests, came first on all the Fan Dance tests he completed and currently has 2 world records for marathon 80lbs and half marathon 100lbs. Nick had to move up tiers during his time in the forces and so probably underwent selections that he had to pass over the hills more than just once.

He has good experience with the Elite forces selection processes (Para and Commando) and anyone that wants to join the military in general which can see very daunting to some.

Depending on what you are requiring and the unit you are looking at joining we offer:

  • Video call assessment
  • Overall assessment on current physical and mental condition and state
  • Suitability for chosen area of soldiering
  • Previous experience and timeline for training
  • Tailored program that works with your time available and facilities or training equipment and progression based on your start point
  • Fitness days that can work with your plan to allow you to see how you should move over ground, practicing of Navigation, map ready and time and distance
  • Mentally preparing you for other parts of military selection process
  • Route recces of the course that you will be attending
  • Detailed approach to courses and route showing you all the tracks and paths
  • Putting you in touch with others that have completed and won all the main civilian test week marches that replicate the SF courses (if needed)
  • Weekend training to show you how to sleep out, cook, basha up, get your Bergen, poncho and hammock ready for the jungle and basic wet and dry routine

Overall, we look at all aspects of what course you will be going on and ensure you are not only ready physically but mentally, ensuring that you are ready way ahead of time, so we can develop your robustness and resilience prior to the course.

Doing some of these courses is not just about fitness, you must dig deeper than that and want it more than anything, we give you the confidence and drive to do that.

Cutting around at the beginning of your training with 50lbs Bergens on is not the way to go if you want to pass Elite or Special forces selections!

We focus on providing training programs that are gentle and progressive. This is so important if you want to start running, cycling, etc and conditioning yourself for the first time. When you are injured or have a long-term injury or conditions that holds you back its important to have the correct initial approach to training, it’s important to have a foundation that will support you as you move forward.

Progressing gentle will allow anyone to move forward and become healthier and more fit no matter their condition as long as  you are sign off by a medical practitioner to start training.

Having injuries or conditions that stop you in your tracks can seriously go against you balanced mental and physical state, no matter what level of fitness you can take on its so important to get it right and keep you focused a motivated and healthy
