Nick has a background in Physical Training Instruction within the Armed forces, Nutrition and Sports Science. He has coached in CrossFit, strength and conditioning, fell and cross country running, swimming and cycling.
Duncan is one of the trainers and runs the Baseline Remote Training Group and a number of boot camp fitness days in the Aylesbury/Chilterns area.

Uzo has a Masters of Science Degree in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Sports Science & Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy, also a Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength & Conditioning Association USA.
Dale Walker is an academic, physiotherapist and lecturer at the University of Salford, Manchester. Dale specialises in Exercise Prescription and is the module leader for “Principles of Exercise Therapy“ on the undergraduate Physiotherapy course.
Andy’s love of the wilderness started at a young age and as soon as he could he joined the Air Cadets where his thirst for knowledge of survival skills really took off. Then whilst attending basic military survival training within the Royal Marines he fell in love with the art of wilderness survival,

For more than 12 years Alan has helped clients reach goals, get rid of problems and develop themselves. He completely disagrees with the philosophy you can’t teach an old dog new tricks – you just need to be more committed and prepared that it will take longer!
