If you get the correct progression of walking first and then increasing so gently that you enjoy the progression each week, you will start to enjoy your training very quickly, you will see the benefits of training too and getting out there at set times on set days each week and this will bring about consistency in your training routine and it’s all about consistency, most do not get the first two correct and so they only last a week or month and never see the benefits of consistency.
