Routine:

Its hugely important to build a daily and weekly routine in so you know when you are going to train, when you are going to eat and drink and sleep to allow you to mentally prepare yourself. Ensuring each session is easy and manageable will help you to not worry or be overwhelmed by going out and training as they will be enjoyable and manageable, and you will start to see significant changes to yourself too. Routine is so important; you should not just see how you feel on the day because you will lose motivation and you won’t train. Throw it on your fridge, write it on the back of the toilet door or think your way through your exciting easy session before bed and prepare you mind.
