Nick explains the importance of understanding what 4 main exercises work what primary muscle groups. This in turn will allow someone at novice level to better start to hit all the primary and secondary muscle groups and have more balance which will help with maximising sports performance and reduce risk of injury.


Nick has a background in Physical Training Instruction within the Armed forces, Nutrition and Sports Science. He has coached in CrossFit, strength and conditioning, fell and cross country running, swimming and cycling.
