Nicks Shocker basic training session, Deadlifts vs 88% + Efforts which will impact on your central nervous system. Its fundamentally a dynamic antagonistic session.

You will need to build into these slowly, my weeks always include Deadlifting with the exception of T minus 2 weeks before I race. Sprints are always part of my weekly plan and yet you will find that your speed is compromised somewhat in these sessions. They are hugely taxing to the system and I start on x 6 reps x 10 reps DL and 30 second sprint.
