Nick shows how he does his basic post workout twice weekly stretching routine, this routine is something that he has done for years and feels is very important, especially in combating the effects of strenuous training and more specifically weighted fitness which tends to tighten the hips.


Nick has a background in Physical Training Instruction within the Armed forces, Nutrition and Sports Science. He has coached in CrossFit, strength and conditioning, fell and cross country running, swimming and cycling.
