Nick runs through and explains his own training, how to use specificity of training to get the best out of your racing. The importance of visualising your goals so you can achieve them. He explains the importance of pacing in training to maximise your own personal confidence in racing.


Nick has a background in Physical Training Instruction within the Armed forces, Nutrition and Sports Science. He has coached in CrossFit, strength and conditioning, fell and cross country running, swimming and cycling.
