Nick explains the importance of having good balance with food and water intake pre- and post-training. Recovery being as important as the training. How you’re fuelling and water intake will affect your weight loss, basal metabolic rate, leanness, motivation to train and progression in training.


Nick has a background in Physical Training Instruction within the Armed forces, Nutrition and Sports Science. He has coached in CrossFit, strength and conditioning, fell and cross country running, swimming and cycling.
