The food we eat plays a huge part in exercise recovery as well as playing a vital role in how we look and feel. Food is medicine and there is so much the average person is missing in relation to how certain foods can aid in reducing inflammation, increase blood flow and help remove waste products quicker from the body.

Most people want to eat less unhealthy food, become leaner and look better and also aide in their recovery form exercise as much as possible.

Exercise performance

Peppermint oil helps prevent fatigue. Orange oil and spearmint helps improve athletic performance. Rosemary increases the ability in learning and memory, impacts mood, brain wave activity and efficiency the autonomic nervous system (control of bodily functions, heartbeat, digestion etc.).  Lemon enhances positivity.
