PARAS’ 10 Training Plan


P Company is fast and furious and gives little time for recovery. This is replicated in the Paras 10 challenge.

Working with weight at speed, climbing short but steep climbs, long and demanding climbs out of watercourses and the battle of the wills for the rest of the course is why your pre-race training needs to be comprehensive and give you the ability to merge systems and disciplines.

Our plans are designed to do just that.
