10K Running Training Plan – Basic


Whether you are looking to complete your first 10k or want to achieve a PB, you’ve come to the right place.

All our plans are designedby one of our coaches (who has won a number of 5km & 10km runs around the world!).

He is well versed in what works and what does not work.

Please note all our books are in a digital format, you’ll be able to download your book within minutes of your payment being processed.

This plan is designed for someone that has basic running experience. You should be comfortable in running for a duration of 3-4 miles as your longest weekly run.

You will be expected to engage in 4 fitness sessions per week initially increasing to 5 sessions. Some sessions may require a bike but not essential. Circuit sessions are a good way to start to build some muscular strength to help support your running.
