This plan is designed for someone that has completed our 5km Basic plan and can run for a duration of 20 minutes in their longest weekly run. Emphasis on this plan will be to introduce you to the specifics of the fundamentals of training. You will start to include some speed sessions and increase your mileage. This plan is based on achieving a sub 25-minute 5k.
