10K Running Training Plan – Basic Plus


Whether you are looking to complete your first 10k or want to achieve a PB, you’ve come to the right place.

All our plans are designedby one of our coaches (who has won a number of 5km & 10km runs around the world!).

He is well versed in what works and what does not work.

Please note all our books are in a digital format, you’ll be able to download your book within minutes of your payment being processed.

This plan is designed for someone that would like to start to improve their 10k performance and should be able to run for a duration 4-5 miles on their current longest weekly run. Emphasis on this plan will be to introduce you to the specifics of the fundamentals of training. Some sessions may require a bike but not essential. You will start to include some speed sessions and increase your mileage.

This plan is based on achieving a sub 43-minute 10k.
