10K Running Training Plan – Advanced


Whether you are looking to complete your first 10k or want to achieve a PB, you’ve come to the right place.

All our plans are designedby one of our coaches (who has won a number of 5km & 10km runs around the world!).

He is well versed in what works and what does not work.

Please note all our books are in a digital format, you’ll be able to download your book within minutes of your payment being processed.

This plan is designed for someone that has some good experience in running and can take on the challenge of increasing intensity minutes and building capacity based on the progression of the fundamentals of training. Some sessions may require a bike but not essential.

This plan is based on achieving a sub 32-minute 10k.
