Duncan is one of the trainers and runs one of the Remote Training Groups and a number of boot camp fitness days in the Aylesbury/Chilterns area.
Duncan’s love for fitness started when he was 17 after passing the P-Company Parachute Regiment Selection course. Duncan has an extremely impressive Circus Gymnastics and Martial arts background where he studied Hapkido to Black belt level, Hand to Hand acrobatics and Aerial straps bringing a hugely diverse set of skills and experience to EOF.
Duncan is a very experienced runner and Trainer, he has a natural ability and strength when it comes to Weighted Fitness and body weight style training.
Duncan has many impressive successes in military style endurance events and also paced both of Nick’s World Record attempt’s, the 80lb Marathon and 100lb Half Marathon, both of which we are pleased to say were successful, knocking nearly 20 minutes off the two records in total.
