Intent:
The purpose of this training day is to give you a taste of what those taking on Valhalla will experience later in February. The day will be split into 4 distinct sections. A March over hilly terrain, a run, some basic physical exercises and some Hill reps.
Expectations :
Weight carried will be dependent on the individual’s fitness. You will not be required to complete all 4 sections, all we ask is you give everything a go.
