Intent:
For those signed up to the virtual Para’s 10 event a route will be planned for you covering 10 miles with the 2,900ft of elevation required. You will need to carry 35lbs as per the event instructions. For those not signed up for the Para’s 10 event you can still take part and use this as a training day. The elevation on this route is an excellent opportunity to build leg strength regardless of how much weight you are carrying.
