Intent: This is not about speed but getting some hills in the legs, there will be quite a bit of up hill climbing and hill reps but a slow rate, this is a day where we will try and get about 8-10 miles in the legs but some quality hill reps too.
Expectations: You should be comfortable in being out in the hills for up to 4 hours.
Fitness Level: Can be used for basic with little or no weight or over weight up to 65lbs to help build those legs.
Joining instructions: These will be send out a few days before, you won’t need any specialist equipment other than a day sack, water proofs, warm kit, hat and gloves, a pair of walking trousers, boots and some food bars to eat.
